Regarding the English Names i tried various ways but at the end no way, it need to be edited with a program or with the HEX method, i found someone who edited Winning Eleven 4 with a program called 'Arquivos para edição WE4' but unfortunately this program is old and couldn't be run on my Windows 10 latest update.
